Founded by Geoff Fecondo, Facilitá Management provides contract estimating services to the commercial and industrial construction market. Our primary goal is to support companies facing challenges with their estimating teams, either due to overwhelming workloads or lack of dedicated estimators. We strive to deliver comprehensive and reliable estimating services, ensuring that your company receives the best possible assistance.

High Level Budgets
We take a broad approach to capture overall project requirements based on known rates at the time of budgeting. Facilitá will provide a detailed Trade Report and summary report in PDF and Excel formats.

Detailed Full Estimate
We conduct a thorough assessment, capturing all documented details, finishes, and inclusions. Facilitá then provides a list of Requests for Information (RFls) to address missing or unclear information, enabling you to seek client responses.

Full Tender Estimate
Facilitá can provide a full tender estimate that is market tested, therefore providing the most accurate project cost estimate possible by using current market pricing. As with our other services, we offer the Trade Report, Bill of Quantities, and Summary Report in PDF and Excel formats. Cubit Template customisation is available for efficient project delivery software import. Additionally, we can conduct a Tender Analysis for all subcontractor tenders received.

Superintendent / Client Advocate
Facilitá can provide independent Superintendent or Client Advocate services for Fund Managers, Developers and Investors who require a detailed and experienced independent cost estimate and cost plans that can be backed up with current market pricing. Facilitá can be formally engaged as a Superintendent or Client Advocate for your projects. We can provide Cost to Complete estimates in the situation where the original Builder is unable to complete the project, Facilitá can assist with finding a new Builder to complete any unfinished projects.

Protection of information
Our commitment to your confidentiality is paramount. Facilitá guarantees the protection of your information and will not share it with any other company or individual. We adhere to a strict Consultants Contract Agreement, including a Confidentiality Agreement upon engagement, safeguarding sensitive tender information.

Once we provide a quotation for the Estimating Service and scope of work, along with the Consultants Contract Agreement/Confidentiality Agreement, you can proceed by signing the agreement and committing to the payment terms.
